NORTHWEST LOW DOWN & LAID BACK RECUMBENT RIDERS

1999 Version 1

'BENT FOLKS WHO RIDE

The Low Down & Laid Back Recumbent Riders are a laid back group of folks who get together once a week to hang out, ride and talk about recumbent bicycles. The rides are social with average speeds range from 10-18 mph. The NWLDLBRR is a non-club with no dues, organization, mailing address, bank account etc. We just show up and ride.

IMPORTANT: Riders must be take responsibility for their own safety. This are casual, no-host rides-ride at your own risk. You should be prepared to handle your own sag, repairs, etc. Anybody or any kind of bikes are welcome.

For 1999, most of our rides will start from Coulon Park in Renton on weekends. Kent Peterson is doing some fast guy Cannonball training from Issaquah. Our Wednesday weeknight series is under consideration for the Spring.

When you are ready to come out and ride please email us. We are riding almost weekly, but the core group is making ride decisions by the weather at the last minute. If you want to ride, email DrRecumbnt@aol.com on a thursday to find out what day the ride is on.

We hope to be back to a regular schedule in the Spring.
